How we handle your data

What we collect, and why

We only collect what we need to make Borigandee work:

• Your account — name, phone, and the LINE or Google account you sign in with.
• To book a job — your address and map location, and the job details, so we can match you with the right pro nearby.
• To pay safely — payment is handled by our secure payment provider; we never store your full card number.
• For pros — identity documents (to verify who they are), and, for higher trust levels, references and background checks.

We don't collect data we don't need, and we never sell your personal information.

Who can see it

• Just enough to do the job: when you book, you and your pro see what's needed to get the work done — like the job location and how to reach each other.
• Trusted providers help us run the service (payments, hosting, messaging) under strict agreements.
• We only share with authorities when the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

• Your money is held safely — the pro is paid only when you approve the finished work.
• Every pro is ID-verified before they can take jobs. Many also carry added trust checks — Reference checked and, at our highest tiers, Background checked.
• We protect your data with encryption and strict access controls. No system is ever 100% secure, but protecting your information is core to what we do.

You're in control

• Marketing is opt-in. We'll only send you newsletters or promotions if you say yes — and you can unsubscribe anytime. Booking and payment updates aren't marketing; they're part of the service.
• Your rights: you can ask to see, correct, download, or delete your data, and withdraw consent — just contact us. (These are your rights under Thailand's PDPA.)
• On our website, you choose which cookies to allow, and can change your mind anytime.
