Mattress Cleaning in your area — Dust Mite Removal by Verified Pros

What's covered

When you post a mattress cleaning job, pros can quote for any of the following depending on your mattress and the tier you choose:

Thorough vacuum of both surfaces and the sides of the mattress
UV light treatment targeting dust mites and surface bacteria
Dust mite treatment (dry process — no soaking, safe for foam and spring mattresses)
Deep-clean tier: extended treatment time, higher-powered extraction, and a secondary UV pass
Quoted by mattress size — single, double, queen, king
Multi-mattress bookings (mention the count when you describe the job)

Typically outside this scope — ask for a separate quote if you need: upholstered headboards or bed bases, sofa or car-seat cleaning, carpet or rug cleaning, full laundry or wet washing of mattress covers and toppers (most pros will remove and replace a protector but won't launder it on-site), and mould remediation on heavily water-damaged mattresses.

How Borigandee works

Describe your job. Tell us your mattress sizes, how many, and the level of cleaning you want — dust mite treatment or a full deep clean.
Get up to 5 quotes from verified pros. Cleaning professionals on Borigandee see your brief and send you clear, itemised quotes. No cold calls, no guesswork.
Compare and book. Review profiles, ratings, and quotes side by side, then confirm the pro you want. You're in control of the choice.
Payment held safely until you approve. Your payment is held securely and released to the pro only once you've checked the work and given the go-ahead. Once you approve, the pro is paid the same day.

Verified pros, real trust

Every pro on Borigandee is ID-verified before they can quote for work. That's the baseline — it applies to every cleaning professional on the platform, no exceptions.

Beyond that, vetting goes further as pros build their track record. Higher tiers carry a Reference checked badge (Bronze and above), and the top tier adds a Background checked badge — a real criminal-record check, not just a form. You can see exactly which badges a pro holds before you book.

If something about the job isn't right, our dispute process is there to sort it out. We can release payment, process a refund, or arrange a partial release — whatever fits the situation. You don't approve, they don't get paid.

How pricing works

Mattress cleaning is quoted per mattress unit, so the price you see is tied to the actual size and number of mattresses involved — not a vague job total.

Within that, the quote will reflect the tier of service (dust mite treatment versus a deeper clean), the condition of the mattress, and any access considerations in your home. Some pros quote a single rate that covers the full process; others break it down by step. Either way, the quote is clear and itemised before you commit to anything.

There is no haggling and no surprise charges after the job. If the scope changes — say, you add a mattress or the pro finds something that warrants a different approach — they discuss it with you first. Borigandee's pricing is qualitative and transparent: you see what you're paying for, and nothing moves without your agreement.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get quotes and how long does it take?

Once you describe your job — mattress sizes, count, service tier, and your preferred timing — verified cleaning pros in your area can send quotes directly to you. You're not locked in until you choose to book. Response times vary by availability, but posting clearly and including your Thailand area or condo name helps pros respond faster and more accurately.

Is my payment safe?

Yes. Your payment is held safely from the moment you book, and it is not released to the pro until you have reviewed the completed work and confirmed you're happy. If you approve, the pro is paid the same day. If you don't, nothing moves without resolution through our dispute process.

What if the result isn't what I expected?

Because payment is held until you approve, you're never in a position where the money is gone before the job is settled. If something isn't right, raise it through our dispute process — we can release payment, arrange a refund, or handle a partial payment depending on the situation. The process exists precisely for moments like this.

How do I know a pro is trustworthy?

Every pro is ID-verified before they can take on work through Borigandee. As pros complete jobs and earn their track record, higher tiers add Reference checked (Bronze and above) and Background checked (top tier) badges — visible on each pro's profile. You can read their ratings and reviews, see their verification badges, and make an informed comparison before you book anyone.

Can I book mattress cleaning on a regular schedule?

Yes. Dust mites repopulate over time, so many customers book a recurring clean — every three or six months is a common rhythm, especially in your area's humid climate. When you describe your job, mention that you're looking for an ongoing arrangement; pros who offer recurring bookings will indicate that in their quote, and you can set it up directly with the pro you choose.

Thailand's humidity means mattresses accumulate dust mites faster than you might expect — a scheduled clean every few months keeps on top of it without any admin on your end. Mention a recurring plan when you describe your job and pros will quote accordingly.
