Balcony Cleaning in your area — Compare Quotes from Verified Pros

What's Covered

When you post a balcony or outdoor cleaning job on Borigandee, a pro can quote for any combination of the following:

Sweeping and clearing debris from balcony floors and ledges
Scrubbing and mopping tiled or concrete balcony surfaces
Wiping down railings, balustrades, and perimeter walls
Cleaning outdoor furniture (chairs, tables, plant stands)
Removing bird droppings, moss, and surface grime
Clearing blocked balcony drains and floor gullies
General tidying of potted plants and outdoor storage

Typically quoted separately: pressure-washing equipment hire, high-access exterior façade cleaning (requires specialist rigging), window glass on exterior faces above ground level, pest treatment, repairs to drainage or tiling, and disposal of large items of furniture or waste. Mention anything you're unsure about in your job description and pros will clarify in their quotes.

How Borigandee Works

Describe your job. Tell us what kind of space you have — balcony size, surface type, how long since it was last cleaned, any specific problem areas. The more detail you give, the more accurate the quotes you'll receive.
Get up to five quotes from verified pros. Cleaning professionals on Borigandee review your job and send you individual quotes, usually within a few hours.
Compare and book. Review each pro's quote, profile, ratings, and verified credentials side by side. Pick the one that feels right — no pressure, no haggling.
Payment held safely until you approve. Your payment is held securely and released to the pro only once you confirm the job is done to your satisfaction. The pro receives their payment the same day you approve.

Verified Pros, Real Trust

Every cleaning professional on Borigandee is ID-verified before they can receive a single quote request. That's the baseline — it applies to every pro, without exception.

Beyond that, trust builds with track record. Higher-tier pros carry additional credentials visible on their profile: Reference checked (Bronze tier and above, meaning a pro's references have been contacted and confirmed) and Background checked (top tier only — a formal criminal-record check). You can see exactly what each pro has been through before you decide.

If something about a completed job isn't right, our dispute process is there to sort it. You raise the issue through the app, and our team reviews the situation — the outcome can be a full release, a partial release, or a refund, depending on what's fair. Payment doesn't leave your hands until that process is resolved.

How Pricing Works

Balcony and outdoor cleaning is priced per visit. What that means in practice: each pro looks at the specifics of your job — the size of the area, the surface types, the condition it's in, any extra tasks you've listed — and gives you a clear, itemised quote for that single visit.

There's no standard rate that applies to every balcony, and that's intentional. A compact condo balcony in On Nut is a different job from a sprawling garden terrace in a landed house. Quotes reflect the actual work involved, not a blanket price.

What stays constant: quotes are transparent, and there's no haggling. The figure in the quote is the figure you pay — no surprise additions on the day.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the quoting process work?

Once you post your job, pros who are available and interested send you individual quotes through the app. You're not committed to anything at that stage — you review the quotes, check each pro's profile and credentials, and book only when you've found the right fit. You can also ask a pro a question before booking if you want to clarify scope.

Is my payment safe?

Yes. Your payment is held safely and is not released to the pro until you confirm the job is complete. If you're not ready to approve, the money stays held. The pro is paid the same day you give your approval — which means they're motivated to do the job well, not just to show up.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

If the finished job doesn't match what was agreed, raise a dispute through the app before approving payment. Our team will review the job details, the communications between you and the pro, and the outcome you're describing. Depending on what's fair, the resolution may be a full release, a partial release, or a refund. You're not left to sort it out alone.

How do I know a pro is trustworthy?

Every pro is ID-verified — that's the floor. On top of that, profiles clearly show which additional checks a pro has completed: Reference checked (Bronze tier and above) and Background checked (top tier only). Ratings and reviews from previous customers are visible too. You have real information to go on before you commit to anyone.

Can I book outdoor cleaning on a regular schedule?

Yes — when you describe your job, mention that you're looking for ongoing visits (fortnightly, monthly, or whatever suits your space). Pros can quote for recurring arrangements, and you go through the same approval process after each visit. It's a good option for balconies in your area, where dust, pollution, and the wet season mean outdoor surfaces need attention more often than once a year.

Balconies in your area collect grime fast — traffic dust, monsoon residue, and bird activity mean even a clean space can look neglected within weeks. If you'd like a regular cleaning visit rather than a one-off, mention that when you describe your job and pros can quote for a schedule that works for you.
